Withdrawal / Digital Content

Information about withdrawal rights for digital products and content.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

2. Digital Content

The statutory right of withdrawal may be lost when digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium is supplied immediately after purchase, provided that the consumer has expressly agreed that performance may begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

This may apply to downloadable files, software, digital designs and other digital content supplied electronically.

3. Express Consent

Where required, DISLEIK will obtain the consumer's express consent before supplying digital content immediately after purchase.

The purchasing process may also require the consumer to acknowledge that immediate performance results in the loss of the statutory withdrawal right, where permitted by applicable law.

4. Products Supplied on a Tangible Medium

Where a product is supplied on a physical or tangible medium, different withdrawal rules may apply. Consumers retain any mandatory statutory rights applicable to the specific product and transaction.

5. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the consumer may exercise it by making an unambiguous statement informing DISLEIK of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

Withdrawal requests may be sent by email to:
info@disleik.com

6. Consequences of Withdrawal

Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, the consequences of withdrawal, including any applicable refund obligations, will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

For digital content, no refund or withdrawal right is excluded merely because the content is digital. Any exclusion of the withdrawal right must be based on the applicable statutory requirements.

7. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this page is intended to limit or exclude mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable Spanish or European Union law.

Where statutory rights provide greater protection than the terms described here, those statutory rights take precedence.
