License Agreement

1. General

This License Agreement governs the use of software, digital designs, downloadable files and other digital products made available by DISLEIK, unless a separate licence is provided for a specific product.

By purchasing, downloading or using a licensed product, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

2. Grant of Licence

Subject to these terms and, where applicable, payment of the applicable purchase price, DISLEIK grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital product for its intended purpose.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the licence is granted to the individual customer and does not transfer ownership of the underlying software, design or intellectual property.

3. Permitted Use

The licensed product may be installed, accessed and used for the purposes for which it was supplied, subject to any product-specific limitations communicated at the time of purchase.

A customer may make reasonable backup copies where this is permitted by applicable law and necessary for the customer's lawful use of the product.

4. Restrictions

Unless expressly permitted by DISLEIK or by applicable law, the customer must not:

reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the digital product or make it available to third parties.

The customer must also not remove copyright notices or other proprietary notices contained in the product.

5. 3D Designs and Digital Files

Where the licensed product consists of a 3D design, CAD file, model, STL file or similar digital design, the licence permits use of the file for the purposes specified at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital design does not grant the right to redistribute the digital file itself, upload it to file-sharing platforms or sell copies of the file.

6. Software

Software products are licensed rather than sold. The customer receives the right to use the software according to the applicable licence terms but does not acquire ownership of the software or its source code.

Unless expressly permitted, the customer must not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except to the extent that such activity cannot legally be restricted.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the licensed product, including copyright, design rights, software and related materials, remain with DISLEIK or its respective licensors.

No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in this License Agreement or required by applicable law.

8. Updates and Support

DISLEIK may provide updates, improvements or modifications to a product at its discretion. Updates may be subject to additional terms or requirements where applicable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase of a product does not create an obligation for DISLEIK to provide ongoing updates, technical support or future versions.

9. Third-Party Components

Some software products may contain or depend upon third-party software or components. Such components may be subject to separate licence terms.

Where separate third-party licence terms apply, those terms will take precedence for the relevant component to the extent required.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

Digital products are provided for their intended purposes. DISLEIK does not guarantee that every product will be suitable for every individual use case or technical environment.

Nothing in this License Agreement excludes or limits liability or statutory rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Termination

The licence may terminate if the customer materially breaches the terms of this License Agreement and fails to remedy the breach where a remedy period is required by applicable law.

Upon termination, the customer must cease using the licensed product and, where legally required, delete copies in their possession or control.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this License Agreement is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable Spanish or European Union law.

Where statutory consumer protection provisions provide greater rights than those stated in this Agreement, those statutory provisions take precedence.

13. Applicable Law

This License Agreement is governed by applicable Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under European Union law or the laws of another jurisdiction.
